If there were 10 stars, Tom would have earned them all. He pulled my irons out of the fire with a nasty reckless driving charge on the new version of the Virginia pull over law. He explained all the options and possible scenarios very clearly and handled it beautifully in court. I was in great hands, had the best outcome possible! I would highly recommend him to anybody needing representation, and I'll be his loyal fan forever.

I hired Thomas Wilson to be my lawyer in a case involving a charge of reckless driving. During our initial meeting, I found him to be a concerning and attentive listener who had a thorough knowledge of the legal intricacies of my case. In the time between our initial consult and trial, Mr. Wilson always responded quickly to e-mails and phone communication. On the day of the trial, I was most impressed with his ability as a trial lawyer, asking questions and raising legal points that I never would have considered. The final outcome exceeded all my expectations as the case was dismissed. I remain grateful and would recommend him to anyone needing council on legal issues.

Worst lawyer ever... Wouldnt even speak up in court when the prosecutor is clearly incorrect. Wont fight for you only tries for plea deal. Sorry but this is the most piss poor job ive ever seen from a lawyer.

Thomas was absolutely great and because of his recommendations, (which I followed) we had a final outcome that had never happened before. (Very positive) I highly recommend Thomas Wilson. He was very good at communicating timelines, changes, and being very professionally strategic in how our case was presented, and the things I needed to do before court happened. My advise is this, if you need somebody who doesn’t just see you as a number, but also has the experience of handling 150-200 traffic cases a year, and truly cares that you don’t make the same mistakes most people do, then call Thomas Wilson and do EXACTLY what he recommends. Mr. Wilson was an agreeable guy, willing to talk to me and had the most reasonable rate of all the lawyers I spoke to. He got my fine reduced to the legal minimum. Communication for the most part was great, and I appreciated his candor and patience with answering all my questions. The only issue I had is that his closing email (outlining the results of the case and what I needed to do) was sent to an email I have never had and there was no follow up confirmation that it was received. How this mix-up happened, I am not sure. By the time I took the initiative to follow up, my fine was past due.
