I just would like to leave this review about the law firm today . First off I obtained the firm for a civil case against a hotel in Virginia. I live in Boston Massachusetts so I wanted to hire a local attorney. My attorney was Drew Stifel . So finally after 10 months I got a courtdate in September. I drove down from Boston with my 2 dogs . Went to court only to find out that the defendant was never served . So basically my trip was for nothing . I spent close to $1,000. I was not happy so I asked to speak with Bob the Lead attorney . He agreed to pay my expenses and requested a bill . This review isn't about the $ its about the level of service . Your attorney didn't do his job its a year later and I still haven't got anywhere with this case . I was not happy so I called Bill up told him my concern and he didn't like the way I talked to him . Well guess what that dont matter because your law firm has done nothing but fail me in the period of a year . This is a result oriented buisness . You don't produce , You don't do your job you loose it dont help your buisness or help the client that hired you . Trust me Bob your a lawyer with a signed contract . Do your job and stop making excuses and get tuff buttercup. We don't sugarcoat shit up here in Boston . We don't pussyfoot with people and use excuses . DO YOUR JOB ! Because you owe me 1k its real easy to cry and say I dont like the way you talk I quit Looks like your the next person to be served in the Commonwealth of Virginia Truly Dissapointed

Bob & his team made mine & my son’s experience after his truck accident more bearable and easy for us. It was a long road but this firm went above and beyond to make sure this case got settled and that we understood what was happening along the way. I highly recommend this firm. Thanks again
