An honest lawyer and truly decent human being. We have a combination real estate/consumer issue and met with Ed. He is known as "one of the good guys" (as we found out through a mutual friend AFTER we found him). He met with us, advised us and we were happy to put him on retainer, but after further reviewing our case, he felt it would make more sense for him to refer us to another attorney more focused on real estate (as he is more focused on consumer protection). But, he transferred our retainer to the new attorney and said he would weigh in later if needed! Can you think of the last time someone transferred your business AND funds to a colleague because they had your best interest at heart? We couldn't! But now we can after having met Ed. We have been taken for ride by a company and its empty promises and although Ed referred us on, he helped us immensely by being the honest, straightforward person he is. We would hire him in a minute. When you are a hard-working, honest person and are taken advantage of by a company like we were, it can make you wary of all people and how they conduct business. It makes it very hard to trust anyone, including lawyers. We are incredibly grateful to him for restoring our faith in people and how they conduct business. If you have an issue that falls inside his wheelhouse, I don't think you can go wrong.
