This was the best experience I could have possibly had during such a stressful thing of having to file bankruptcy. I went here twice. Once to file chapter 13 and then to convert to chapter 7, after my husband passed away. We/I received nothing but respect, friendliness, and professionalism from both Marshall and his other attorneys and legal assistants we/I dealt with. I scheduled a consultation with Mr. Slayton, fully expecting it to end with me retaining him for a hefty fee. Contrary to my expectations, Mr Slayton was able to advise me of steps I could take to avoid having to retain him and deal with the court system. I was grateful for his good advice and unselfish advice. He could have made some money on my case but instead he did what was best for me and saved me a lot of money and headaches. I would trust Mr. Slayton to represent me in the future if the need arose and do highly recommend him as an honest and ethical attorney
