Expensive. Nice people, but expensive.

Marshall has been an amazing help and resource throughout my long and atypical bankruptcy process. He has never failed to provide needed assistance, and stays engaged and energetic which is amazing. There were staff issues before (esp '20) and some reorganization pains, so if you tried before and it didn't go as desired, do try again if you need such services in the future. You won't be disappointed.

Mr. Slayton gave me great advice on how to handle my personal debt situation. He provided me with multiple different options and recommended people who could help me further. Definitely highly recommended!

I cannot say enough about Slayton Law. Filing Bank Rupt was an embarrassment for me, but they never made me feel little or that I should be ashamed of having to file. I searched the web when trying to find the right attorney and Slayton Law kept appearing. They are friendly, respectful, and they put you first. It didn't matter how small my question or concern, they took the time to make me feel important and that I was the only one that mattered at that time. If I had to leave a message, someone usually called me back within the hour or at least by the end of the day. Mr. Slayton and his staff were like family. I talked with Mr. Slayton several times and he always followed back up as he promised. His Assistant, Jerry Fennell, Jr. was most helpful. He went over all the paper work with me in detail and made sure I understood it before signing and also answered an questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has the need for this service. At times like this, you don't know who to turn to, but just from reading all the reviews and other information available, I knew that this was the firm for me. Even after all is over and the discharge is finished, they are still there to help you and answer any questions that you may have. To me, they will always be family.

I researched bankruptcy Attorneys and Mr. Slayton was someone I had talked to in the past for myself. I set up a zoom meeting for a 30 minute free consultation with Mr. Slayton for my parents to speak with him regarding debt relief options for them. This was a great solution due to the pandemic by far. He discussed and explained each option he brought to the table and thoroughly explained each one of them about how they work, and the pros and cons for each for my parents situation. After doing so, he gave his recommendations for them that would benefit them the most currently. As of now they are trying to to figure out and have better understanding of their options for debt relief. Mr. Slayton offered his expertise and genuine concern to go above and beyond by offering his solutions to my parents situation. He was even willing to offer giving him a call back with questions and referrals as they came about. I found him to be most genuine in giving his time and listening and answering our questions fully. I most definitely recommend his services for anyone experiencing these hardships.
