I hired David Irvine to be my lawyer for my lawsuit because I was so overwhelmed with everything involving my case. He made my experience the best it could be. He kept me well informed about my case at all times, he was always so nice and caring. I highly recommend David Irvine and Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen. Each and every employee I met was so nice and helpful.

Horrible don’t even waste your time.

David Irvine and Terri were both a joy to work with. They were both incredibly responsive and did a great job explaining things to me throughout my case. I trusted them fully to handle my case in order to achieve the best possible outcome. I couldn’t recommend them enough to make a not-so-ideal situation much more pleasant!

Preface: I am not a client, I merely communicated with them pursuant to getting representation. This review is of that process. Summary: Even from a brief encounter I can tell working with this firm can be difficult, and think it likely that they value clients on average less than other firms in the area. Of the firms contacted on Friday 9/11/20 only Allen & Allen took until Monday to return the call. I missed them and called back. This call started with someone who did not offer their name, and then there was a long hold. The next person I spoke to was difficult to communicate with, and seemed to misunderstand and misspeak often. I would learn that it is incumbent upon them to get all the information and then convey it someone else who decides if the firm will take the case. This someone must have been on hand as they were consulted with during a hold, yet does not interface with the client directly. I suggest that playing the game version of telephone with a middle-person who seems ill fit to the exercise is a poor way to screen clients in both the efficacy and customer service sense. Moreover, I am confident the system erred in this situation given that the information I got back at the end of the process directed me to call an organization that when called confirmed my suspicion that I need an attorney and that it is not their sort of thing. All that said, I will say they do display a sense of urgency when passing on cases, so at the very least I can say it is likely that they don't jerk you around with the illusion of a case.

Everyone at this firm was great to work with and it was easy to get in touch about my case. They were able to take care of everything so I didn’t have to worry about paperwork or insurance adjusters. They definitely put my mind at ease during a stressful time and I will gladly use their services again.

On Wednesday the 31st October 2018 I was hit by a motor car while crossing a street in Charlottesville, Virginia. Since I was an elderly visitor from South Africa, I was really not knowing what to do. Two weeks later our visit to my daughter expired and I was (on a wheelchair ever since!) returning to my hometown. I felt convinced that our long awaited visit to our daughter was completely ruined - and surely not by my wrongdoing. Then a local attorney connected me to Allen, Allen, Allen and Allen. I immediately had the feeling that I reached the right address. The "Allen-way" impressed me very much. Open cards were from the beginning put on the table and 18 months later a very handsome amount was deposited in my bank account. I can't speak highly enough of the excellent representation that I received from Richard Armstrong and his team over at Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen. I was involved in an incident over summer while visiting from out of state and was unsure of how to handle receiving compensation for my injuries. After getting multiple recommendations about the firm, and Mr.Armstrong in particular, I decided to have them represent me. He and his team went above and beyond to research my case and clearly lay out the damages I had sustained. They kept me informed every step of the way and were always quick to respond to any questions. Mr.Armstrong plainly explained the options I had and gave me his advice while never pressuring me to make one decision or another. In the end I had a more favorable outcome than I would've ever anticipated and couldn't be more happy with the representation I received. My case was transferred from a well known D.C. firm to Allen and Allen and I could not be happier. I have found this experience to be much more stressful than I anticipated, but Mr. Armstrong has greatly alleviated my anxiety and stress and I am now able to focus on my recovery while they handle everything on the legal end. I'm happy to be a member of the Allen & Allen family. Edit: My case has finally closed, and I'm very glad I had Mr. Armstrong to represent me. The insurance company was horrible. Their offers were insulting. Mr. Armstrong represented my case to brilliance, and together we achieved a favorable outcome. I'm very thankful to be an Allen.

They advertised that anybody who had used Benicar should contact them and then I find out from them they are only talking to people who have cancer caused by Benicar. Well I don't know about cancer but I have a few of the BSD side effects.
