I've been working with Michael at this Firm since 2019. They are very quick to reply back to emails. Michael has done a great job handling the paperwork and the court room action. They are willing to work with you on billing too and help you find ways to save as much as you can. I cant say enough good things about this company and its people.

I wouldn't even consider hiring him if HE PAID ME!!! Totally disrespectful and unprofessional. He was referred to me by LAW POINT via my job, so I was supposedly eligible for a free consult and a sizable discount. I called his office and scheduled a consultation in reference to some family law matters. The receptionist (or paralegal) was also suppose to email me some paperwork. The day before my scheduled consultation I had to call back (left a message) because I still hadn't received any paperwork. I received no return call, text or email!!! The day of my phone consultation came and went and I never received a call.. I called a third time (had to leave a message, again) asking for an explanation or a call back. No call back!!! A few weeks later I ran into a friend who had used Mr. Thomasson for legal services before. My friend tried to make excuses for Mr. Thomasson by stating "it's just him... He's probably busy or maybe he got held up in court. He'll call you eventually" A couple days later my friend even called Mr. Thomasson to see if he could get an answer for me. He got ahold of Brian and stated he'd call me that day at 4:00. Guess what....again I waited until 4:35 and no call. I started making calls to other lawyers but, it was so close to 5:00 I thought there was no way I'd make any progress. To my surprise, I did receive several return emails and call within in minutes of calling other lawyers. Obviously, Mr. Thomasson has no idea what takes to provide even half-way decent client based services nor does he realize the inherent responsibilities he has as a counselor who is suppose to provide legal advise (preferably in a timely manner). He is absolutely the worst and most inconsiderate lawyer in Virginia in my opinion. If he can't even be bothered to call/text someone back I don't see how he could possibly be a legal benefit to anyone. I wish I could charge him for the time I lost waiting on his great legal advice! I will definitely do what I can to get him removed from our companies legal helpline. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME!
