Don’t try and handle Custody/Child Support battles yourself. Call Brian Thomasson and save yourself the headache. He was very responsive to every question we had along the way.

Brian A. Thomasson provided me with a free consultation for a few questions I had pertaining to my divorce agreement and subsequent waiver. They responded very quickly, through their text option, and offered to review my documents, as well as explain my position to me. Theresa Rogers answered my email promptly, and I felt confident that their intentions were solely to help me in any way they could. Mr. Sternberg translated of all the legal jargon I asked about and he was polite, pleasant and professional. I know this sounds too good to be true (my email to them said as much) but the only reason I'm leaving this review is because I'm astounded it really worked! If I'm ever in any trouble (knock on wood), this will be the office I would trust to represent me and to which I would not mind giving my money. And I really hope this doesn't sound like a copy/paste because I spent a fair amount of time meaning every word!!

Mr.Brian made his decision wrongfully based not on facts but on his personal interpretation. He does not understand psychology of young children who are 5 and 7 years old and can’t clearly speak on their own behalf. Every time after visiting their mother the children would tell bad stories about her, but after a week or more they would not remember. But I(grandma) remember and when we all went to see him, I reminded them of the facts based on their stories. It was a reminder not “coaching “ as he labeled my reminders. I told him a lot of other facts, which were true, but he ignored them all. He is not punished me, he is punishing the children. Because of his powerful position and incompetence he ruined children happiness, safety, intelligence, literacy and success ability to reach full potential. My mother was a legal secretary, so I was practically raised with attorneys. I came in with an idea of what to expect. I was very pleased with the outcome of my divorce. Brian, Mike and Theresa were very easy to work with, friendly, patient and respectful. I did have a snafu that was quickly and effectively corrected. I don't expect perfection when I hire someone. But I do expect effectiveness, accountability and intelligence. I absolutely got that with Brian and his staff. I also got foresight, options explained, timeliness and periodic updates on progress. Very grateful and pleased with the service I received. They met and exceeded my expectations.

Above and beyond is quite the understatement of the year! Not only do you have an entire team in your corner they are there for you beyond what your case intels. Being a high anxiety case I am difficult to work with, the comfort I am greeted with and continue to receive is unheard of in a lawyers office. A firm that has your back and best interest in mind!

Anyone wanting to use these guys should beware! My female friend used these people and was falsely promised multiple times over multiple things month after month. Finally after 18 months they were fired. They won't return phone calls or emails. They will charge $35 for every email read and they will not respond. They wanna drag things out long term coasting you thousands of dollars. Begging and pleading for help won't get you no where. YouTube shows them having contest instead of doing important things that matter in people's lives. They will end up costing you thousands of dollars. Stay away!

I met with Brian and his staff today and I can't even begin to tell you how grateful and thankful I am for ALL of them. For the first time in days, I can finally breathe and feel relieved. Highly recommend them. Brian and Theresa were with me every step of the way and I’ll always be grateful. I depended on them a lot.
