I appreciate everything that Dunnigan Law has done to keep a minor mistake from becoming so much more. I got charged with a speeding ticket going 45 over in a 70. Dunnigan helped me in my time of need and did the impossible, I thought, which was to avoid jail time and community service. With his help, I was able to continue my life and move forward from a big lesson learned. Having Dunnigan in court with you is a huge blessing if you really need a great lawyer.

I’m giving Mr. Dunnigan a 5 Star because not only did he provide excellent attention to details in my son case he also was understanding. Long story short a criminal domestic matter between my son and the mother of his child where lies were told and possibly could have cost him and myself our freedom was expertly dismantled in court and all charges dismissed. Even-though Mr. Dunnigan only represented my son and NOT me, he still conveyed a strong enough case that worked to my benefit as well and resulted in the dismissal of ALL charges. The case was a 4 in one debacle where everyone had charges on each other but the questions formulated by Mr. Dunnigan provided sufficient evidence for the lies told to be exposed. I will absolutely use Mr. Dunnigan in a criminal defense again. The case was Assault & Battery.

After calling many different law firms about an ongoing court case, I started to believe that all lawyers are interested in, is money. Some paralegals barely listened to what I had to say, then hastily gave me wrong information and kicked me off the phone. That happened until I contacted Dunnigan law firm. I talked to Amanda; let me tell you, she was knowledgeable, friendly, yet professional. I have been using the wrong jargon regarding what I was trying to file, until she corrected and explained to me that I was using the wrong term. She educated me on the difference between counter sue and counter charge which made complete sense. I was so worried about his situation until she enlightened and pointed me in the right direction. She never mentioned fees to me. She was genuine, caring and empathized with my situation. Because of her, I will be referring people to this law firm and if I need a lawyer, I will definitely retain them. Thank you so very much Amanda. You have no idea how much you have given me a peace of mind.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY …. These people use to call me everyday trying to get me to hire them and when I finally did I never got a phone call back again lol was told that once I hire them my court date would be pushed back just to come to find out they never pushed it back and now I have acapius out for me and have to turn myself in after I. Called almost everyday to make sure I didn’t have to go to court on my original date and was told “not to worry about it we got it tooken care of” thank god I checked online for myself because like I said they have never communicated with me after payment like never not even once literally. Even asked for a refund because I was fed up and the lady told me she can’t do that unless the attorney is there yea I still have yet to even talk to the attorney myself this place is a complete scam I would’ve been better off with a court appointed lawyer

First I’ll given honor to my Lord and savior Jesus Christ. I’m really am happy being able to work with a team like Dunnigan Law, has been really helpful for me. To walk into a courtroom and to know that God already had the victory over us. I just want to say thank you again for all your help, and to be able to get the whole case drop. Why do you hire a lawyer? To get a favorable outcome on your day in court. This is what Brian and his team at Dunnigan Law delivered for me. When I took my case to them, Brian listened to the story of what happened (reckless driving charge and fail to stop at a stop sign charge) and then gave sound advice before even discussing his fee. Having spoken to other attorneys who went right to a sales pitch about "why them" and their fee structure, this personal touch caused me to hire Brian on the spot (his fee is reasonable too, by the way). He and his team then advised what steps I should take before my court date to give us the best chance of a win on the day. While there was a moment I wish Brian himself had communicated a bit better with me about the process on the day, it turned out to be fairly straight forward so I have decided not to bump this review down to 4 stars based on that one blemish... After all, why do you hire a lawyer? To get a the best outcome in court, and this is what Brian delivered. My reckless charge was reduced to a mere speeding fine, and the fail to stop charge dismissed. All in all, I recommend Brian and his team to anyone who needs a lawyer. A big thank you to him and his team!

If you're in need of a lawyer, I would definitely recommend Mr. Dunnigan and his team. I've worked with them on 2 separate occasions and both times I was very pleased with the results of my case and the professionalism in which everything was handled. And unlike some lawyers, they actually do care about what happens to you. Definitely a 10/10 for me!!!

Mr. Brian Dunnigan is the attorney that you need for representation in the Court of Law to ensure fair due process and immediate justice! Very professional, friendly, and hospitable. Genuinely cares about his clients unlike most attorneys that are solely invested for the money 💰

I don't even want to give 1 star...The 1 star is for the attorney that we never got a chance to talk to so I will give him a star...Do not believe the reviews believe the 1 star reviews..His staff his staff is so bad GHETTO to be exact. AMANDA was the main problem...Very rude talks against the clients as if she has a piece of a degree in law. HIS STAFF MAKES HIM LOOK VERY BAD.. AMANDA WILL BE THIS LAW FIRMS DOWN FALL. Once she gets snappy with clients she exspects respect...You work for us and disrespect will not be tolerated.

Never hire an attorney who tells you, after he’s looses your case :”Sorry this is just all a game”! Attorney Dunnigan showed up late twice, my case had to be pushed back 30 minutes due to his tardiness. His secretary who is a Caucasian woman used the The N word in front of me in their office, saying that she can say that word because her children are half black and her boyfriend who is 25 years younger than she, is black, if I didn’t already pay him I would’ve fired him because that was a red flag! Instead of him fighting for my innocence, he basically deemed me guilty by suggesting that I take anger management classes, and complete 40 hours of community services, I told him and his staff that I was innocent, in which I paid him $1,800 to prove, he suggested that this is what the judge is going to want to see. He totally ignored my medical issue, in which causes me to have severe anxiety attacks, in which is why I was charged with disorderly conduct by an officer after being assaulted by my ex-friend. When the judge asked the attorney for any medical notes, he replied to judge: “She has a business” indicating there’s nothing wrong with me, I felt he was totally on the accused’s side, the judge laughed, so I decided to speak up for myself, because he did an horrible job of defending me, then after I lost my case he gaslighted me and blamed me for speaking up for myself, saying that’s why I lost my case. I feel he displayed narcissism, greed, and treat his career as a monopoly game, I energetically felt from him that it’s all about the money wether you’re innocent or not! I feel bamboozled by him. I highly do not recommend him, especially if you’re a person of color.
