Mr. Andrews is an outstanding lawyer who cares about his clients. He came highly recommended to us by a family friend. His fee was very reasonable. During our initial conversation he made me feel comfortable discussing my case and answered all of my concerns. At our first physical meeting he was very personable and made me feel at ease. His professionalism and empathy assisted me during this time due to numerous medical conditions, a surgery and the loss of family members. He always answered my calls and emails promptly. His assistant, Jessica, assisted us as well providing outstanding customer service, responding to questions we had and providing necessary documents as needed. I got my first reckless driving ticket going 23 over the speed limit in Virginia Beach, and I didn’t have to do much research before finding Mark; and hiring him was the best decision I could’ve made. He was able to move the court date to a later point, appeared for me in court and got everything dismissed with no fees.
