This law practice is very unprofessional and lacks communication. They clearly do not care about their clients. Our case has been going on with them for over a year and its a simple non contested divorce. They request documents then claim they never asked for them tell us to come get them and then tell us they don't have them. These documents are my children's birth certificate. Their Chesapeake location has office hours that no one ever adheres too. I have been to the office six different times after telling them I was coming in and no one was present the lights were off and doors locked. When you call them they don't answer the phone or have some excuse as to why they aren't in that office when they said they were going to be. This is by far the worst experience we have ever had and they have about 48 hours to fix this before we start looking for legal recourse.

Sarah was excellent in helping my case push forward. She responded in a timely and professional manner. Communication was excellent. I was very pleased with her work.

So far awful wouldn't recommend it I am not putting one star YET as I'm waiting to give them a last chance. I literally have the easiest uncontested divorce in history I feel and I have had no phone calls returned then a week later I get a lovely letter saying nothing has been done because hey have no way to reach me yet I get emails and phone calls? Unfortunately I've missed the past few calls and had to return their voice mail. Again no response.. going in tomorrow if they are opened hey have odd hours and hope I can get this settled. In the next month if not due to their establishment I will have fingers crossed I can get my money back and go else where. Changed my star down to one they not only have awful people working for their lawyers I would also strongly say possibly uneducated people. They are an unhonest horrible establishment please go to an actual reputable lawyer
