Atty Gilbert was knowledgeable and professional. He stated that based on Virginia law he believed he would get my reckless driving case dismissed, and he delivered as promised. I did not have to appear in court either.

Facing a Virginia speeding ticket as a NJ resident was an extremely stressful situation. I didn't know how I was going to make it to the court date, and before calling Gilbert I was rejected by 9 lawyers , all who informed me there was nothing they could do for me with the speed I was going. I was so discouraged and convinced I would either lose my license or gain so many points that my insurance cost would become unmanageable . Gilbert from the beginning was very straight to the point and extremely detailed on what would need to be provided to him in order for him to have a chance at fighting my case. I had an excessive speed violation in the state of Virginia (I am from Georgia) The violation was going to be a horrible infraction on my driving record and possibly jail time. After receiving the ticket I had a few letters from various layers come in the mail. Cameron Gilbert’s letter was the one that was well put together and to the point. Throughout the whole process he always explained everything and was to the point with what I should do to help my case. He would email me exactly what documents I would need to have and even send links to where I could find my driving record and driving safety courses. If I ever had any questions he would get back to me in a timely manner. Finally when the day to appear in court came he represented me well and was straight to the point. After the court ruling he helped me navigate the process to pay the fee and fill out the proper paperwork for a restricted license. He explained and answered all the questions I had. He would also send a follow up email having in writing explaining everything that he had told me. Overall he was very professional and straight to the point with everything.
