Outstanding Attorney

I had a rather difficult case where David represented me. He worked to gather up the facts, discussed with me the steps and potential outcomes of either a trial or plea, and determined the best path of action. With the information, we decided to go to trial since I had sufficient evidence to prove my innocence. So he prepared me for trial so I understood what to expect. David was prepared for the case. He was excellent during the trial and was willing to push to the line (without crossing it) in court. With his skill in the courtroom and prep beforehand, I was found not guilty. I would recommend David for criminal cases because of his prep work and tenacity in and outside of the courtroom.

David represented me with the utmost in professionalism in a very contentious divorce. David was diligent, honest and incredibly responsive to my many concerns and questions both through email and phone calls. Not only did David represent my interests thoroughly, he did so with a remarkable level of compassion. David navigated through dealing with someone who was unreasonable at best ultimately achieving a fair settlement despite every sign indicating we would have to go to trial. Had we gone to trial, I can confidently attest to David's preparedness. I am truly grateful for all David did in getting me through a most difficult time in my life. David and his team are outstanding. I initially picked them after researching firms on the internet so in some ways it was luck that I stumbled upon his firm. Our initial meeting was sympathetic but also very open and honest. David listened to the facts and told me exactly how he felt things would come out, in the end. Although my situation was long and involved, in the end things came out exactly as he first thought they would. Throughout my situation a number of unexpected anomalies came up that are not common or typical in a family law case. David was fully prepared to handle all of those situations. He knew exactly what to do; exactly who to talk to and exactly the right advice to give me. In my opinion, when going through the emotions of a family issue, such as divorce and child custody, it is critical to have an attorney who can provide the right advice in a no nonsense manner. You have to be able to trust that attorney because your emotions will push you to want to do things that are not in your best interest. David engenders that trust and his advice is spot on. David has a strong team working for him. They are responsive, even after hours and on weekends. They are competent, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend David and his team to anyone needing legal help.
