I had a speeding ticket 19 miles over the limit when travelling through Virginia from out of state. I followed all of Mr. Clemon"s advice leading to a successful outcome. All charges dismissed with no fine, court cost only. His fee was very reasonable and he handled everything so I did not even have to go to court.

Very rude asked me when am I in va and I told the truth never really there. I was just passing through told me I was gonna lose my case and hung up. Very rude!!!

I'm a CDL driver that had the misfortune of meeting one of Virginia's finest. It was a speeding ticket over 80 mph, and carried 6 points and a criminal misdemeanor charge. I live 1100 miles from the court room in which I scheduled to appear. Mr. Clemons was amazing and I am so glad to have had him represent me. I was pulled over for driving 95/65 and in VA that is considered to be a misdemeanor. Mr. Clemons was able to get it reduced to faulty equipment and my driving record was not effected. I only had to pay a fine and did not have to appear in court.
