Our son received a very significant speeding ticket in Christiansburg while visiting a friend at VT. We were very concerned and my son hired Will to represent him. Mr. Clemons represented me years ago and was an outstanding attorney!!!! I truly could not have asked for a better attorney, he is the best!!! He took on my case, mind you a case that most lawyers wouldn’t have even wanted to take on, but nonetheless he took my case head on. Jason Wolfrey is by FAR THE BEST lawyer you can hire to represent you. I was charged with 2 counts of distribution, and was told by every single other lawyer I spoke with that there was no way to avoid going to jail. I was even encouraged to become a CI by a few of these lawyers. Jason told me otherwise. He told me he would work diligently to make sure I had the best outcome, and to his word, he delivered. He took time out of his schedule to meet with me any time I had any doubts about my case, no matter what he had going on in his own life, reassuring me that I would get through this. Not only was he a significant source of encouragement, but he worked diligently to get me the best result possible, better than I ever hoped to obtain. Because of his abilities as my lawyer, I did not have to spend a day in jail, and I did not have to succumb to the being a CI for the Police. He was able to get the charges reduced and I was able to do classes through ASAP along with community service, which I was more than happy to do. I am beyond ecstatic to say that I am free and clear of these charges, solely because of his abilities as my representative. Jason, thank you. Thank you for everything.
