Horrible. They never call back until you ask for a refund. Paid in june2020 and they didn't file the paper work until April 2021. And then lied and said it was courts fault for being backed up. The court said that they are moving swiftly through cases??? Idk but they are very fishy.

I highly recommend everyone to contact this team if you every need services. Not only are they professional, they are quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns. I hope I never need them, lol but if I am ever in Virginia and get another speeding ticket. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.

Highly recommend this firm to anyone for traffic violations! I received a ticket for speeding and it would have cost me ~$300 fine and 4 points on my license, but Rocco Columbus was able to get the case dismissed. No idea how he did it, but I was thrilled to hear that news! The process was fairly easy and Rocco's team walked me through it all. All that was needed were my driving records, and I did not have to appear in court. Also, his paralegal, Ashley, was very helpful and timely with responding to my emails. I am very happy with the outcome of my case. I just wished that Rocco had called me after appearing in court to share the results with me and to see if I had any other questions before they closed my file. Thank you Rocco!

Got my reckless speeding ticket not just reduced but completely dismissed! I didn't even have to go to court! So thankful for this firm.

I hired Kevin Frank to represent my son in in May 2020. As of December 2020, Mr. Frank did not have a court date. He never contacted me during this time, I contacted him in September 2020 asking him for the status of my case, he told me that he filed the wrong paper work and the court rejected the case and he was going to resubmit the paper work. I waited another another two months and no response from him. I finally asked for my money back, and had to wait another two months to get it, and to top it off he deducted $450.00 out of my money, for services he did not perform. This is the worst service I have ever had from a lawyer. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. Oh, and I had to pay him in full up front before he would start the paper work. WORST FIRM EVER
