This review is for Seth Q Peritz- (for the company as whole, I've had 2 separate lawyers present themselves in front of the judge in place pf Seth - this tells me they have good communication structure within the organization and I based on that definitely recommend Robinson Law. from my personal experience, if you have any immigration issues at all, try to reach Seth Peritz directly. I have hired him before and he is extremely thorough.) If you hire Seth, which I recommend you do, he will always be available through text and call ( I personally preferred text.) His rates are VERY reasonable compared to other lawyers in the area, but I don't know them and I know Seth. He will explain literally every single detail that can be contested. In my case, Seth reduced 40 days jail time to 4 days because he took the time to look through all of the evidence (video, reports). As a result, I still have my job. Seth is not a magical solution to all your problems, but if there is something in your case that can be contested, Seth will find it and discuss it with you. In addition, he was able to recommend a consult within 24 hours with an Immigration Attorney for me since I am not a citizen at the moment. I am not rich enough to have an attorney on retainer at the moment, but I fully endorse Seth's capabilities as a lawyer. If you're facing any kind of charge, consult Seth (full disclosure: as of this review, I know him only for traffic/DUI charges). I will recommend Seth to anyone who needs a consult - friends, family, and for you on the internet. To anyone reading this, I don't know you situation, but if you can afford to choose your own lawyer, Seth will deliver the best results. He does not shy away from trails and he fights for his clients. Meredith Ralls: I work for the USG and am a former practicing attorney, so I have high standards. I called The Robinson Law Firm on New Years weekend regarding a pretty severe speeding ticket I had just received. Ms. Ralls immediately called me back, spoke to be at some length and I signed her up. She proceeded to make the first appearance for me in Fairfax County and felt that she would be able to arrange a better deal for me and set the case for another hearing--none of which I had to also appear for at the courthouse. Ultimately, she was able to negotiate an outstanding deal for me, cut the amount of points in half as well as the fine. When choosing an attorney, the level of responsiveness from the lawyer is always paramount, because so many attorneys take the retainer and then often fall out of contact with the client. Seth Is The Goat! Spoke to about 8 lawyers, all the others mostly stressed on the consequences of the charge. Looking back, it’s clear that they were just banking on scare tactics but he was the only one who gave me a Solid List Of Actionable Pre Trial Steps as to how to lessen the impact of the consequences. I followed it all! Walking into the courtroom and witnessing other cases unfold made me realize that I was pretty much the only one who took reliable pre trial steps. Genuine individual, will tell you as it is in terms of his opinion regarding a possible plea or agreement proposal based on his years of experience, but will fight to produce desired outcome. His wit on the day was absolutely impeccable, had one idea in mind then realized a flaw in prosecutor’s approach and was extremely nimble, quickly adapting to another route that came up with the desired outcome. That is the essence of a remarkable lawyer! I was the only one who got off that day and mine was honestly the worst of all the other charges of similar nature. At the end of it, other clients were wondering why their lawyer was unable to do the same. Listen to his recommended suggestions and follow them to a T and you’ll stand a really good chance. Wouldn’t think twice honestly.
