Raj Dua is the best lawyer/ attorney I know and I have ever dealt with. He is extremely responsive and insightful which provides a ton of reassurance when you have an upcoming court case. Couldn't be happier with Raj and his work as my attorney. If you're looking for results, he's your man! He is skilled, attentive, and very professional. I was facing a reckless charge and a speeding charge from 2 weeks prior from the same officer. He was able to get my speeding case dismissed! On top of that he got my reckless reduced from a criminal offense, 6 points for 11 years (highest point violation in VA) to a improper driving infraction of 3 points for 3 years (lowest point violation). PLUS instead of the $500 fine for reckless I only had to pay $250. He managed to talk to the prosecutor and officer before I was called to the stand to get me the deal. He represented me fully and I didn't even have to testify. Which really put me at ease. He is someone you can put your trust in 100%. His rates are very reasonable. There is more expensive attorneys out there such as my old one, but Raj represented me beyond what my previous did for several hundred less. Yes there is cheaper options as well, as I saw from countless letters, but don't settle for cheap representation when your life and reputation is on the line. Raj is the one you need on your side.

Mr. Raj did a great job for us. He told us what to do prior to the court day, talked to the officer and prosecutor before and outside the court and made an agreement with them, and convinced the judge to accept the agreement. In the end, our reckless driving ticket was reduced to a regular speeding ticket. We paid a fine but the reckless ticket which was our great concert was removed from the records. Could not be more happy with what he did, and let me tell you that the situation was really serious and we did not expect the judge to agree to change it to something else. I totally recommend him.
