I was pending a reckless driving charge and I did not realize how serious it was until I did research that it is a class one misdemeanor. With Raj's calm words and hard work, we were able to get a very good result when it came to our day in court. Raj shows up and works very hard in client representation. He is worth every penny. Raj is very professional and knows what he is doing; however, he does not have an abundance of patience for those ask questions. While Raj is firm, he is very results-oriented and is very assertive when representing clients and ensuring the client is heard fairly in the courtroom. DUI dismissed.. Not guilty!!! Raj has done an amazing job representing me on my DUI. Can’t thank him enough getting my case dismissed as I was scared as hell with the consequences I may have to face if I’m proved guilty. I couldn’t risk having a DUI considering the profession I’m in. I had a DUI with .08 and it was my first. I have had a good driving record and was afraid of what this could lead me to. After a lot of research and going through the reviews, I have decided to have Raj as my attorney as I’ve seen him representing a lot of DUIs in the NOVA/DC area and having them dismissed. DUI in Oct 2019, met Raj the same week and he explained on how he would proceed with my case. Very reasonable with the pricing as well. First court date in Dec 2019 where we took an extension with the video. Raj explained me the PROs and CONs of my case after looking at the video and also what would be the right approach (luckily I did have few pros which made it easier). Second (Final) court date in Feb 2019 and Raj was fully prepared and BANG my DUI dismissed. The judge, after looking at the video (only until my pull over. Didn’t even look at the later part of the video where I did the FST) said the police didn’t have enough evidence to pull me over and dismissed my case. Raj is very professional and his experience is definitely something that matters. He kept references of similar cases in front of the judge and argued on why my traffic stop was not right. If anyone ever gets a traffic violation, Raj is the guy. Cheers!!!

Raj is amazing! I got my first ticket and it was a speeding ticket in a school zone. I was seeing a 5 point deduction on my license but with his help I got it reduced to failure to pay attention & no point deduction! Only had to pay a fine but definitely worth it.

On the day of court he was patient with me and described all the options in detail . He worked diligently with the prosecutor to obtain the bear result given the severity of charges.
