We recently had the pleasure to work with Raj Dua, and he truly exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. He represented a family member who had received several careless speeding tickets, and was at risk of ruining their driving record and dealing with the harsh consequences that go along with that. Raj knew exactly how to avoid this from happening, and he swiftly took care of things. He obviously has relationships and connections, and is well respected in the courtroom. His advice and approach to our situation were spot on. We cannot recommend him enough.

Raj is calm, respectful, fair, & does a great job. A friend of mine referred a different attorney to me at first, who was charging nearly twice as much as Raj, and who was asking for much more from me. For example, I was always going to do community service, but Raj assured me I needed to do no more than 15 hours for my case, even when I offered to do more. Compared to Raj, the more expensive attorney told me I needed to do 50 hours of service.. Raj also communicated very clearly to me and answered all of my questions leading up to the case. In the end, my reckless driving charge was substantially lowered compared to the misdemeanor I would have faced otherwise. I will be referring any friends, family, etc. in the future to Raj.

Five area law firms contacted me the fall of 2021, offering to handle my reckless driving case in Northern Virginia. I spoke with three of these firms; two of them never followed up (even when I sent explanatory materials and called a second time). The third firm was Raj Dua's law practice where every single phone call, email, or text was immediately responded to by him personally. He told me the clear, specific steps I needed to take to give him the information he had to have to effectively present my case. Outcomes: 1. My reckless driving charge (a criminal misdemeanor) was reduced to a "traffic infraction." 2. Instead of having a potential 6-point offence on my driving record, I received zero points. 3. The maximum fine of $250 was reduced to $100 plus tiny court costs. 4. The same morning Raj presented my case he personally called me to convey its excellent outcomes, and that same day he wrote me an email to give me my case's specific details. I got a high speed reckless driving ticket in Loudoun county. I'm new to VA and i had no idea that any speed over 85mph or 20+ over the speed limit is a criminal offense and will stay on your record forever. I'm so lucky to have found Raj, He was honest about my case and gave me detailed set of instructions and things to do before my court date. I did everything he asked me to do, but i was still worried that my case wont be reduced because my speed was over 90mph. I had a car accident and I hit on on coming traffic I was charged with criminal and Reckless driving when I took my case to Mr, Raj dua he solved my case less then 5 minutes not only that Reckless driving and criminal status on my license is not there any more also I was nothing reported to DMV.
