Very bad experience. I have contacted Xavier attorney to change my status. I first asked him if he is doing such immigration cases, and he told me yes. After a consultation session for $150, he told me that he is gonna send me a checklist to start working on my case. He hasn’t sent anything for 1 month. During that month, I tried to reach out to him many times over the phone or through the email, but no response at all! Finally he replied that he is not gonna be able to take my case. In short, NO RESPONSE & TIME WASTING, and no refund, even though he was able to tell from the beginning that he is not interested!
