Mr. Romanick and his associates work smartly and efficiently. We hired him for a collection matter that evolved into an adversary proceeding in a chapter 7 bankruptcy. These cases can be quite complicated and expensive. He always had a complete understanding of the complexities of our business. Mr. Romanick fully explained the nature and impact of the Reckless Driving charge. He provided a detailed plan for both: (a) pro-active steps to take prior to the court date and (b) court appearance. He was able to negotiate a reduction of the charge to speeding which was the best outcome I could have had hoped to achieve.
