Was referred to this firm after a car crash by a friend and from Day one that they took the case up, they never rested, fighting very hard to get the case done even though it involved a Government employee, ending up in the Federal courts , but Ryan Probasco was optimistic, forceful and got his staffworking to piece every bit of information together and got an excellent check for me..... Unbelievable experience. I called this firm and was transferred to speak to a paralegal lady, thanks a bunch! She listened to my concern, made her own assumptions without consulting an attorney, then proceeded to tell me 'she' wasn't comfortable with the call and told me to basically take a hike and then hung up the phone. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from any company. Partners should be made aware that you have an extremely rude and unprofessional paralegal working in your company that will continue to damage your reputation.

The absolute worse as a Gaurdian AD literally. He is completely bias. I'm in the process of going to the bar and doing everything I can to make sure Noone else has ro experience what I experience. He painted a horrible picture of me in court and even lied. I have the whole trial recorded. I will present it to whoever I can.
