Best lawyer ever!! Very professional.He helped me this week with my reckless driving case.I was scared as hell going to jail and lot of points on my record.VA traffic law is no joke.He helped me reduced to improper driving which I’m satisfied with it.Go to him if you need help,traffic case etc..

There was a lot going on that day when I got pulled over on the highway. I started my new job a few weeks ago. I was still trying to find the best route home. I was in a rental car because my car needed fixing, and I needed to drop off the rental that night. I stayed late that day for work because things came up, and I needed to get home and take care of a few things. I got pulled over for speeding by a state trooper... I did my research, and found Mr. Yeargan. He was the only lawyer that had the confidence to reduce/dismiss my traffic ticket! The other lawyers I talked to before I chose him promised me an outcome I would just be "okay" with... but Mr. Yeargan was the only one that told me he would try to dismiss it or give me a better outcome than what the other lawyers promised. This gave me the peace of mind that everything in the end will be okay. He went above and beyond for me, which is why I chose him! He answered all the questions I had. He maintained communication with me from the beginning to the end. He encouraged me to go to court with him so I can see how things work in court. He supported this learning experience for me. Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Yeargan. I am happy and grateful for what he did for me. I am very happy with the outcome I received in court!

Mr. Yeargan did a great job on my case. He is the only lawyer that answered his telephone on X-mas Eve Day when I received a speeding ticket going through VA. He was very reassuring and answered every call leading up to my case. He was able to help me have a much more favorable outcome. I totally recommend him over all the other lawyers you will be receiving information via the mail from immediately after you receive a ticket!
