She seemed to only care about her billable hour rate of 250 per hour. Make sure you read the fine print of the legal agreement before signing up with her. She will tell you one thing in person but I can guarantee you she won't want the same thing she tells you in writing. While she has no retainer, the issue is that she can bill a lot of hours and you will end up with ZERO in your claim because she will take your fees even though the judge will award her fees as well. Be very very careful!
