I was charged with a Class 5 felony in Fairfax County, VA, and could have faced serious jail time. Zachary Deubler is a young up and coming attorney who has helped me immensely this year. He has expunged an assault on a police officer charge earlier this year. Today he got 2 I went to my hearing with him where I have been charged with 2 felonies for possession of a manufactured substance and 1 misdemeanor marijuana possession.
