I would recommend this firm's services, as Mr. Moghul is an excellent landlord tenant lawyer. I was in a stressful situation dealing with evicting my (so called) friend from my property and Fez took care of the legal matters and the issue is resolved.

As a landlord with over 15 years of experience, I can truly say that Mr. Moghul is the most unprofessional attorney I have ever dealt with. I contacted him seeking representation for an unlawful detainer hearing. I have filed countless unlawful detainers throughout the years, in precisely the same jurisdiction, with no issues at all, but was traveling outside the country and needed representation. I contacted Mr. Moghul via email. He did call back a few hours later. However, while in the middle of the conversation the call dropped. Mr. Moghul never bothered to call back, and you cannot call him back because he has some sort of phone/message service that does not connect you to directly to him or his office (if he has one). I called the main number several times and left messages for him, but he never called back. Needless to say, I did not retain him and ended up going with a different attorney. Then, today I realized Mr. Moghul emailed me the day of our conversation, but the email had gone to my spam mail (which to me raises a concern as to the security of his email communications). In this email, Mr. Moghul was extremely rude and condescending, essentially saying that everything I filed and did was wrong. Having done this numerous times, it was clear to me that most of the things he claimed (including his legal arguments) were utterly inaccurate and unfounded - not to mention the several typographical errors it contained. And in fact, the attorney I ended up hiring had no issues with my filings and was able to get the result we wanted with absolutely no hiccups. Clearly Mr. Moghul’s attempts at intimidation tactics were to raise his initial retainer, making it seem like this is such a complicated and lengthy trial. If you want a professional and reliable attorney who won’t lie and tell you that your case is extremely complicated just to squeeze some more money out of you, I suggest you look elsewhere. My recommendation to Mr. Moghul, as a professional/business owner myself: (1) get a working office phone, (2) get a secure email server for your attorney-client communications, (3) have some manners, (4) don’t assume you know more than your client, (5) perhaps proofread your emails before you send them.

I was pulled over for driving off the express road into on coming traffic. The officer gave me a ticket for Reckless driving first rule. I found out about Alex Gordon and his law firm on the internet. Let me tell you this guys firm is amazing. Alex was my lawyer he was able to get my ticket reduced from reckless driving to improper driving I wasn't even in the courtroom for an hour, I was only in that courtroom for 2 minutes and that was it, he did all the talking, truly amazing. A word of advice if you break probation or get a reckless driving or DUI please get a lawyer they know how to talk to the judge, if you go in without a lawyer you are so screwed trust me

Thank you for the gorgeous service we received from Mehalco & Moghul PLLC, the best Real Estate legal Office ever! Unlike other similar law firm offices, who mostly work only on the side of the owner/landlord, this "MOGHUL LAW" office is willing to represent us as tenant. My case as tenant vs "D.G apartment" in Herndon, VA own by the giant real estate in the nation " T.Bs " who harassing me and accused my family with vandalism. They even charge me with dubious bills and i believed there are more victims by this D.G management before me and they just don't want to dealing with the courts. i suggested please contact this law firm and tell your case they will fight for you. I am impressed for the appearance of Mr. Faisal Moghul. He is young , fresh, thoughtful, hard working, and intelligent. He really wants my case settled and ended up with wise and just result. Mr. Moghul even refund some big percentage of the legal fee I have paid as soon as i win my case that was surprise me. Mr alex is very professional lawyer i must say i was charged with reckless driving class 1 misdemeanor in VA but Mr alex drop the charges to improper driving and fine of $250 only. So if you are looking for a good lawyer please contact the gordon law firm

This is a very responsive law firm.. I dealt with Mr. Moghul on international business matter. He was very responsive and passionate about the case. He demonstrated great skill and perseverance which allowed us to win the case.

If you are looking for someone that is not going to just say "you have an uphill battle" and basically give up before you even start, look no further. I went to a few lawyers looking for help to get out of a bad contract. M&M took the time to really look at the contract and the situation, and quickly found the light at the end of the tunnel. So, if you are looking for a firm that will focus in and fight FOR YOU, you found the spot. If you are looking for someone to just cave before it even starts, go somewhere else and waste you hard-earned cash. FIVE STARS and a life-saver. M&M is worth every penny, trust me.
