Today is the best day of my life over the past six months, in which i had spent days and nights without sleeping. I got a serious charge for which my life could have ended with a permanent bad record. I was recommended to Ann Thayer, my life savior. Unlike many attorneys, Thayer works hard to help her clients to achieve the best outcome. When i started losing hope, she still encouraged me not give up until the end. At the end, she got my charge dismissed. Thayer did save me and give a second chance to restart my life. She is a good and responsible lawyer when we need one

Thayer is an exceptionally talented and experienced Criminal Justice Attorney. She came extremely highly recommended from one of her former clients. During our free consultation she took time to fully understand my case and determine if she could develop a strategy to defend me from a false protective order obtained to influence a custody/visitation matter. I chose her firm after speaking to other Attorneys in the DMV area. She has an exceptional knowledge of the law and situational instinct to develop a strategy to the counter the petitioners false allegations. The case was dead on arrival as she presented her case to the counter party and they dropped it before trial. She went further to negotiating a custody agreement effectively resolving the conflict while winning the case without a fight. You have a strong partner fighting for you in Ann Thayer. I highly recommend Ann Thayer as an attorney. She is highly knowledgeable, well-spoken, and plans accordingly to the type of situation you are facing. Regarding my case, she was able to help reduce my charge from a criminal violation to a minor traffic violation after I was charged with a misdemeanor hit and run. On the morning of the incident, I noticed that the area where I would normally park was filled. So, I decided to park on the other side of the parking lot where most of the faculty members tend to park (which is also open to students). I felt a slight bump while trying to park next to Ms. Rhodes’s car (which was unattended and parked). I immediately stopped and got out of the car to check for any scratches on either of our vehicles and noticed that Ms. Rhodes’s bumper already had previous damage and scratches. When I didn’t notice any major scratches at first sight on either of our cars, I decided to park next to her. I went to my classes that day and didn't think much of the driving incident as it was my first time facing such a circumstance. When I received a call from the campus police informing me of minor scratches on both my car and the other vehicle involved in the incident, I realized how easy it was to overlook the importance of reporting even minor incidents to ensure that both parties were aware of the situation. With Thayer's help and expertise, the stress of this entire situation was lifted off of my shoulders as she provided me with the correct resources and options I could take to better the result of this court case. I completed multiple hours of community service, driving improvement classes, writing an essay about my experience, etc. which both taught and benefited me during this case. Even with a difficult judge, witness, and victim, Ann was able to make sure my criminal hit-and-run charge was amended to a traffic infraction of defective equipment. Although I still had to pay court fines, this was the next best solution and I am more than grateful that this is not a moving violation or criminal one, and no points will be assessed since it is a minor non-moving traffic violation.
