Mr. Trichilo went above and beyond to help my husband and myself with his very challenging case. When we first contacted Mr. Trichilo my husbands case had been denied by the insurance company and he was able to have a Full Commission reverse the ruling. Because of that My husband received a substantial lump sum payment and MSA approved annuity to make sure all future medical needs are taken care of. Because of my husbands very serious injuries I was the main contact with Mr. Trichilo and He helped me so very much and made me feel like everything would be ok and he told me to take care of myself and my husband and he would take care of everything else. Ben went above and beyond for me. I had a pretty bad injury and I had never been through anything like this before and he was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had through all of this. When you go through what went through it gets to be a little overwhelming but he was always there to talk me through every step of this process.
