I was in a bad situation I was looking at a 99 in a 60 reckless driving charge on my motorcycle. I was really scared but I did my research for awhile and came to the conclusion that Mr. Vincenzes was indeed the best attorney to hire for these types of situations, He talked to both the prosecutor and the trooper and found a flaw in their case and was able to reduce it to a speeding ticket! HIRE MR VINCENZES!

Brent was able to get a reckless driving (speeding) charge reduced to speeding as well as getting the miles over limit reduced which resulted in (1) a moving violation instead of a criminal charge and (2) less points on my record. A very positive outcome. Brent was confident, knowledgeable, and very responsive throughout the entire process. His online system made everything easy. I spoke with several attorneys before retaining him; I'm so glad I made the right decision.

Mr. Vincenzes was able to reduce my reckless driving in a parking lot charge (apparently that is a thing) down to an improper driving charge-- in other words, a 6 point misdemeanor with a fine up to $2500 to a 3 point infraction with a fine of $100. He got a deal from the prosecutor, so we didn't end up going to trial, but Mr. Vincenzes worked with me to ensure I was well prepared in case we ended up needing to go that route, including gathering some unusual forms of evidence. My inquiries were typically responded to within 24 hours. Overall I very much recommend Mr. Vincenzes and would not hesitate to use him again in the future should I make another stupid mistake.

I really recommend Mr. Vincenzes. After consulting with some other lawyers, I felt Brent was my best option. He was very responsible and responsive to me, and answered all my questions in a timely manner, and his online Client Manager service was very helpful and convenient too. He is very knowledgeable of driving laws in Virginia and very straight forward about the process. The end result in my case was definitely satisfactory.

I was anxious about hiring a lawyer for my (second!) reckless driving citation just because it sounds like such a big expense and hassle but it was just the opposite. It is actually crucial if you care at all about keeping your license (and for me, security clearance) I emailed Brent and got a quick response and phone conversation telling him my situation. He is honest, calm, and straightforward which made my situation seem not so scary. He sounded confident which made me feel confident. Recommended I take a driving course ASAP which I did. He uses an online portal to organize billing, paperwork, communication, etc. Made everything really accessible and quick. Ultimately, my reckless driving was reduced to speeding.
