He was very thorough in letting me know what my options were, and kept me informed about my situation the whole way through. He was able to easily answer any questions I had about my case, just from his knowledge of case law, the statutes in Virginia, and the legal standards we were dealing with. There was never a point where I felt like I didn't know what was going on or what the next steps were. This matter could have honestly gone to court, and I would have been 100% confident in Brian's ability to represent me at trial. I am extremely Satisfied with Brian's expertise with my Husbands case. He was facing 2 charges. 1 assault and 1 sexual battery. Brian was very responsive from the Beginning of this case to the End, answered all of my questions, gathered as much evidence as possible, and payed very close attention to detail.
