Counselor worked with me on a traffic infraction. Reduced a speeding infraction to "Failure to obey traffic sign", reducing my demerit points by half. Knowledgeable, responsive, and a great communicator.

Ms. Harley and her staff were available and very responsive. They listened to me, to get a understanding what i was looking for in a resolution and did what they could to get as close to it as possible. The took were able to guide me for different pieces of information they needed me to obtain and were pleasant whether on the phone or via email. should i need similar assistance in the future i will reach out to them again.
