Grant Moher and his firm has a solid background in addressing family law issues that pertain to military families. They are well positioned to help all service members, veterans, and their dependents. I found Grant Moher and his staff to be exceptional in their expertise, availability and respond quickly to my questions with kind and compassionate support. My case involves ongoing spousal support issues. Military divorces are very stressful events that involve overlapping military family law issues and Grant Moher and his team was incredibly helpful and seemed to have my best interest.

Grant and his team are an amazing group of people. Grant was able to step into my case midway and navigate through all the complexities with visitation, custody and financials relating to the PSA. He saved me time in court by being able to strongly negotiate my terms using various strategies to get the other side to come to terms. I especially found is demeanor to be most reassuring, he uses a fact-based approach to resolve issues and really stands his ground. He truly fought for me and my children. He also fought for my financial well being, he created agreements that stated remedies I could take on my own if the terms were defied. This helped preventing going back and forth in court. I really appreciate that he was thoughtful, thorough and proactive.

I retained Grant based off another lawyer's recommendation. I was being re-deposed for a divorce case and Grant was very honest about what I could expect and what my options were. The deposition ended up getting cancelled so I told Grant I no longer needed counsel and he refunded the remainder of the retainer fee. The idiot who first deposed me ended up subpoenaing me to testify in court and sent it to Grant (who was no longer my lawyer). Grant ended up having to do some paperwork and briefly showed up to court because the opposing counsel wouldn't acknowledge our withdrawal order. Then the opposing counsel didn't even have me take the stand. Grant's office ended up charging me, but he zeroed it all out because he understood that it wasn't my fault our withdrawal order wasn't acknowledged and I didn't re-retain counsel. Long way of saying he didn't rip me off, which is always key when choosing a lawyer. 5 stars all the way.
