I was upset that I had to constantly remind and figure out ways or suggest to expedite and or find resolutions regarding my case. It is very difficult to get a response. At one point my case was not touched for a couple months. The firm is great at what it does, But I would say firm need to improve on communicating and updating to the clients.

I am so thankful that we found Jackie. She was so patient and helpful. She helped reassure us through Trump, Covid, and my wife's biometrics appointment getting cancelled due to snow. Her team was amazing as well. Her associate Lysandra, who accompanied us to the interview, knew the interviewer and told us that she approved cases quickly. We got approved 3 days after the interview.

We brought her a complicated case that was made even worse by poor representation. She was always very honest and informative throught the process with us which we appreciated. Despite the circumstances she was very thorough in her work and more than fairly priced as well. Honestly, it is hard to put a price on her help. She is not only very good at what she does, but she is incredibly caring.

I used Ms Kammerman's services approximately one year ago in a fairly complicated case. She was very knowledgeable and upfront regarding the expectations that I was to have about the outcome of the case. Her communication was factual, to the point and timely. Her advice and professional help were invaluable to me and I would highly recommend her services. Her fees were reasonable - when compared with other attorneys that I have consulted, she was in the middle range. Overall I had an excellent experience.

For my husband's green card we were undecided whether to do it ourselves or not. Jackie gave us an extensive, free consultation answering all our questions and making us feel confident that she was the best choice. She has incredible experience- at one point in the process we received a letter requesting a lot more information from me and our sponsor. She immediately called and explained that after speaking with her contacts we actually only needed to provide a fraction of what they demanded. The time and headache she saved us alone was worth the fee. But she was also a friendly face and a calming presence on interview day, joking with us in the waiting room filled with tense applicants ready to be done with all the bureaucracy. There were times that she did not respond very quickly to my emails, but it is a small, hands on firm- so be patient! She never gave me the impression that she was anything less than 100% on top of our case.

She leaves you feeling confident each and every time you see her. Our cause was dealt with very professional and the accuracy was very impressive, i would recommend her to anyone.

My wife and I were a bit skeptical when we decided to hire Jackie for our immigration case considered how little we knew about the case ourseleves. Jackie was phenomenal. She walked us through the ENTIRE process, explained each and every single step entirely and was never hesitant to help and answer our questions. No matter if day or night, she was always there if we needed anything. She was even kind enough to submit our paperwork and documents herself to DHS, so really we had very little to worry about ourselfs. On the date of our final interview Jackie took time from her busy schedule and attended the interview with us ! I don't think my wife and I could've asked for a better person to represent and help us all the way. If you ever need help with any immigration case she is the person you go to!
