Mr. McNichol helped me resolve a problem involving identity theft to procure a credit card in my name, my insurance company's unauthorized debit of my bank account to pay off the fraudulent credit card, and unhelpfulness of my insurance company and my bank to correct the unauthorized debit. I was victim of a false pretense scam using a wire transfer at my branch bank.
