Recommend this firm and Kathryn Cunningham who prepared my documents. I had moved from MD to VA a few years ago and procrastinated about having my Will, POA and Health directive changed to meet VA requirements. Ms Cunningham made the process very easy - everything done by email until the in person signing. There was really no reason to have procrastinated!

Ben Brasfield took my case and when it was all over he said something to the effect of, “If you’re willing to outwork the other side things will go your way”… or something like that…He’s definitely not lazy! It wasn’t advice for me, it was a general statement of how he prepped to take the case, but I still think about that. He’s smart, strategic, thorough, and experienced. He had a good staff or paralegals as well.
