I hired Todd Zinicola to be my attorney and I do not regret it at all. The price was great and all his colleagues as well as staff at his office were nice and helped me through my case.

My sun make accident,the gps full down while he was trying to pick it up he shocked a stoped truck the officer gives him reckless driving for no reason I mean he wasn’t driving fast or reckless drive I asked the officer why? he said don’t worry the judge will dismiss it especially it’s first time it’s like part of the process he have to give him ticket.....!!!! So I asked my friend a good lawyer and he told me about Mr Jeffery G , I went to his office meet him,I was trying to explain who the accident happened I noticed he wasn’t pay attention he cut me off make me sign retainer agreement paid him 300$ half the amount so I asked him when he want meet my sun , he said no need and if he like he can no show up in the court day I told him we will be there, My friend call the attorney to urge him taking care of the cause or maybe he needs information about what happened,he was careless and keep saying we will try,the day before court day I called him if he is ready he said I can’t come he will send Ms Sarah I was really confus I asked him to get another day court he said she have good experience, We went to the court half hour early hoping we can talk to the new attorney ,Asking every body if he see Ms Sarah the problem we don’t know who she looks, court start my sun was worry then she show up ,the prosecutor tried to prove he was using his phone not gps ,and this small device not impact his driving way until he pull off, the attorney wasn’t ready she couldn’t do anything if she was ready she can bring the gps device especially she can easily proof that he was using it when seeing the gps trip record it shows the day and time for every trip, my sun get improper driving ticket that means he lost three points and it will stay in his record for three years. They got 600$ for nothing ,
