We were looking for a real estate lawyer in the area, and we happened to reach out to Fox and Moghul. Called the office and was greeted with the utmost professionalism and respect. She explained details on what we were inquiring and decided to move forward. We got on a consultation call with Mr. Fox and he was able to work our case. I reached out to this firm because they listed services on their website that I am currently seeking and because of their positive reviews on Google. I am very disappointed by the email exchange I have received since filling out their online contact form. My first email exchange was, "If you want to schedule a consultation call us at..." No greeting at all, not even a good morning or good afternoon. I responded back with a greeting inquiring about a consultation fee, and the response back, which did include my name this time, only said, "The consultations are paid." No information regarding the fee itself. Both times there was no signature at the end of the email. I am not impressed and highly recommend folks seek services elsewhere at a firm that can properly communicate with potential clients.

I've been in and out of the court system since I was 14. I am now 26. My last conviction was at 19 years old. 11 felonies, and convicted of all of them. He may not show it in your face, but when it's time for court, this man is ready at preliminary as if it's trial. My 4 charges were all DROPPED that day. I have never had a charge dropped in my life. I always take a plea or probation. Jon took 10 extra steps and relentlessly followed up on tiny things others wouldn't. After all was said and done, the judge looked at the arresting officer and prosecutor in a way as if to say "do you even know what you're doing?" Jon, thank you for giving my life back to me.

This guy is a wizard. I was in a hard spot and this Yoda came through for me. It was a DUI case, and Jon got me down to a reckless with no driving restrictions, given the circumstances of my case. I would highly recommend this man to all. He will fight for you, and most importantly, know you are a person too.
