I have had Fox and Mogle take care of a very important real estate matter and I grateful that I did. I also had them take care of a will and trust matter. Carlos and Alex are phenomenal, and I definitely recommend anyone in a similar situation to mind to seek out this firm; getting out of the Army and facing a reckless driving charge was definitely not on my list of things to do, but it happened and Carlos and Alex were they every step of the way. To the legal advice to the recommendations I was able take an alternative route and got my charge deferred for a twelve month period. I definitely feel that that would not have gone this way if I were under another firm, and for that I am beyond grateful. I was in a tough situation when I was caught driving while intoxicated and Jon helped me get it down to reckless. The whole process was a pain but worth it. If you’re looking for a lawyer that does everything in his power to get you a better deal, then Jon is your man. You do have to complete homework but make sure you listen to him and do everything he asks. You are in great hands with Jon. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer.

I picked Jon because he seemed to be the best dui attorney in northern va for my situation. Was not disappointed since my cases were dismissed (thank you). He speaks very confidently, quickly references legislation and runs through potential scenarios during each stage of the case. I don’t think he oversold his services during the consult and was honest about how my case could end up. Best option if you think your case will go to trial.
