I came to Fox and Moghul in the hopes of evicting my tenant that had not paid rent in 3 months. After consulting with Mr. Moghul he had a plan for the next steps he would take to get the tenant evicted. Upon being retained we found out my tenant was a pro at evasion. Having delinquent rent payments, and ignoring debts owed. Mr. Moghul was so helpful from start to end until the eviction process was finalized.
