This firm is amazing, He was responsive and provided a great solution for the charge I was issued. I served no jail time and the charge was reduced, He is understanding and will work with you. I worked with Mr. Faisal Moghul years ago and never had an opportunity to thank him enough. It was very complicated situation with a Real Estate transaction and DC Squatters law and the release of EMD. I was the purchaser’s realtor and the seller did not disclosed to us about the squatters. Once we found out , we void the contract and requested the release of EMD but seller refused to release the EMD. We reached out to Mr. Faisal Moghul & I don’t know what he did I received a call from the listing agent the next day. All EMD returned to my client and it was very painless process. It’s worth every penny and he is very affordable. Very skilled top notch lawyer. I will definitely use his services again.

Alex Gorden is an excellent lawyer, he has extreme experience when dealing with court cases like Traffic/DUI/other Criminal cases. He has got me out of a from a doomed condition out with my court case which I cannot forget. He deals the cases with a lot of responsibility, patience & professionalism. He tells you the right course action which should be taken during the court proceedings. Summary, if you're in a hurry: At the direction of his advice and some persistence, I was able to recover a majority of my application and closing costs!!!! He doesn't sugar coat things, so don't expect coddling or hand-holding but his matter-of-fact approach is refreshing. I am truly grateful that he helped me navigate some pretty treacherous terrain and he's earned a client for life. All of my legal agreements and contracts will be going through him from now on:) Background: I refinanced last year with what appeared to be a respected commercial lender. As a first time commercial borrower, I naively expected an experience very similar to home loans. The process was actually VERY different. The company failed to understand the terms of my existing loan and coupled by their eagerness/greed to qualify me for a top tier loan they convinced me that they could improve my monthly payment significantly with a much better rate, etc etc. When the dust settled from the closing, I realized that not much had changed in the terms of my loan and that I had been mislead. When I confronted the company and loan team, they shrugged their shoulders, avoided my calls and refused my meetings. In that moment, I considered resorting to a dark corner and crying but then I remembered that I had spoken to Moghul Law once before, years prior, for an estate matter and had liked their services. I called their office and spoke directly to Faisal(!) who was incredibly gracious. We chatted briefly and I asked to come into the office for a consultation session. He helped me understand my options, which were grim and limited and my case wasn't substantial enough for him to take on nonetheless he offered me suggestions and brainstormed legal options for me to pursue on my own.

This is an awesome law firm. I highly recommend it. I had a case, but now it is dismissed.
