Mr. Katz expertise and dedication were pivotal in reducing the felony to a misdemeanor and minimal jail time. Abby, Jon’s assistant, was incredibly helpful and informative. Unfortunately, despite being regulated real estate has a lot of unscrupulous characters. It's inevitable you discover that material facts have been left out of the deal at the very last moment, at the close. Terry Fox twice did some fast work for us and was able to arrange matters so it was clearly the other party that was at default and we were able to extract ourselves from fraudulent deals. He offers a title abstract review service and due diligence process that can be performed before you are fully locked into a contract. We intend to utilize that process before our next acquisition.
