Fairfax DUI Lawyer I found Jon online while faced with the seemingly insurmountable legal battle ahead after my first DUI arrest in Virginia. From our first meeting, I could tell that Jon was eager to fight for me to get the best possible outcome considering my circumstances. We discussed in detail the case options, approaches, and defense tactics from all angles which helped put my mind at ease, knowing that He knew the system and was ready to tackle my case. I retained Jon and his team during my initial meeting because I did not feel that I could have found a better lawyer base on the evidence mounting in my case. During the next several months, Jon and I worked closely to built a strong defensive, working through his action plan and wading through the Court's process and a few delays. I was consistently updated on the case progress along with regulator communication and check-ups to make sure we were on track with the action plan. I sincerely appreciate how hard Jon and his assistant Rachel worked towards building the very best defense before trial. In the end I agreed to a comprised judgment which did include penalties. But those penalties were fair and ultimately the consequences that I deserved because of my DUI. The judgment could have been 10 times more severe, based on the Commonwealth's minimum penalties and my case evidence, but because of Jon's knowledge of the system and solid plan for defense, I am pleased with the overall outcome. I truly feel that if I had hired any other lawyer, I would be facing a more severe and lengthy penalty. I hired Mr.Fox to go over our issue with the property taxes. During the closing, bank made a mistake and didn’t withhold enough money for the escrow which was a result of $700 increase in our monthly mortgage.
