Can't say enough positive things about this firm and specifically Emily Neuhasuen and her assistant Rossimar Membreno. I was referred to this firm for their exceptional reputation in family law and Emily and Rossimar exhibited complete professionalism and kindness at every step of the way. They walked me through a really difficult situation with kindness and understanding and they balanced the need for legal representation and protection while always trying to maximize their time and not create added costs for me and disruptions. They guided me through the entire divorce process and were extremely responsive and adaptive to my desires and specific needs and priorities as it related to the divorce agreement. I could not have asked for better legal representation and the results of my process show that. Hopefully, I'll never have to go through this process again but if I do, my first phone call will be to them.

Called to schedule an appointment; they couldn't manage to confirm my appointment, claiming my email and phone number were not valid; both of which are valid and working. It is obvious that they did not email me nor bothered to call. Did not bother to correct the issue and had no reservation, canceling the appointment. Not being able to set an appointment correctly speaks of the caliber of service and attorneys. The only thing that was important to them was to make sure they get paid prior to the call.

Robin was extremely helpful in guiding the two of us through a difficult time and through some complex negotiating points in our divorce. She is very knowledgeable on the law and provides excellent advice. She can also be creative in constructing arrangements to accommodate both parties, should they be needed, as opposed to applying a one size fits all cookie cutter approach.

When the other parent, out of the blue, decided she wanted to try to flip custody by using aggressive and untrue accusations, I knew that Livesay and Myers was the only firm I could trust to help me through this nightmare. It took months, but through solid counsel and advice, Emily and the Livesay and Myers team stepped me through the many processes, motions, and hearings to conclude this matter in an even better position than when we started. In the end, it was clear that Emily's counsel and concern was exactly the right path to resolution, while opposing counsel at a different firm may not have been providing quality advice or even acting in the best interest of their client. I used this law firm for my post divorce issues. Maria Zamayar represented me when I thought my divorce was over and could move on with my life. I NEVER in my life would have thought I would have needed a lawyer. As soon as I chose her to represent me, she got right on my case and was very detailed. Anytime I had a question about something she would answer me promptly and in detail. If she was ever out of the house for something or had to be in court for a few days she would let her clients know and then would answer me back very quickly once she was in the office. She really fought for me and my needs throughout this case when the opposing was trying to take advantage. She truly wouldn't take no for an answer and fought for me every step of the way. I would very much recommend Maria for anyone that has any family/divorce issues!
