I spent a lot of time searching for an attorney that has experience in handling expungements in VA. VA is one of the toughest states to grant expungements and to handle it by yourself is pure stupidity. The next couple of days I spoke with many different attorneys via telephone and office consultation. Office: I visited Mr. Vincenzes Law firm in Fairfax where I was greeted by his secretary staff and offered coffee until my appointment time. Consultation: Mr. Vincenzes explained how the expungement process would work and what was needed from me. We agreed on a very reasonable price for 2 misdemeanor expungements. Mr.Vincenzes and his partner Josh understood the urgency I was facing being a college graduate wanting to enter the Law Enforcement profession. I did not want this youthful mistake haunting my future. Mr Vincenzes and Joshua kept me informed and updated me with any news relating to my case. Court: The prosecutor was hesitant to approve BOTH expungements. However, Mr. Vincenzes did not go down without a fight. He was able to explain to the judge every reason why it should be granted. Believe me, This is an attorney that is very skilled ( I trust him with my life). His Experience & knowledge in the courtroom and law is magnificent. If I EVER needed any legal assistance in the future, I know who to go too. Give him a call and you wont be dissapointed.

Very un-professional service experience. My employer hired this firm for my sponsorship for immigration, the attorney assigned to my case kept telling us they had filed the case with DOL, after 14 months of waiting the law firm told us the case was still not properly submitted and they had to fire the attorney working on the case. The employer got so frustrated that they withdrew the petition and will not sponsor the case now. They just messed up the application. What a waste of time and money for a horrible service.

When my the first Lawyer for my divorce wasn't meeting the standards I needed, I decided to switch counsels half way through my divorce. There was an immediate and distinct difference between the way my case was first being handled and when I choose Mrs. Miller Grant as the lawyer who saw my divorce to conclusion. Her team, Including Ms. Nelson, reviewed and made immediate changes to pertinent documents which reflected their advocation on my behalf. Subsequently I Noticed an immediate change in the behavior of the opposing counsel. I felt as though I had an advocate and a team who understood the intricacies of my divorce. The billing was fair and easy to follow on the biweekly statements. Excellent Service!!

Very thankful to have Mr. Vincenzes & Joshua on my side every step of the way throughout this process. From the beginning, Joshua was very helpful breaking down everything in detail and keeping a solid communication; creating a to-do list prior to my preliminary hearing. 5 stars still doesn't seem to be enough to give Claudia and Hawk Law. There are lawyers who practice because they're motivated by money, ego, etc. and then there are the rare ones like Claudia who practice because it is a passion and a deeply held sense of duty and commitment for her. Claudia and her whole team of Alexa, Fransesca, and Carlos are the consummate professionals who put clients first and foremost whom deserve the utmost of respect, recognition, and recommendation that one can provide. A word of advice for current and potential clients - ALWAYS listen to their advice and instructions, even if you disagree. I assure you they have your case's best interest in mind, and sometimes you need to just trust the strategy and think big picture. Unlike other lawyers, you pay the same to Claudia whether you go to trial or not, so she will always do what is best and give sound advice without you having to worry about things like "she wants to go to trial just to make money off me" or "she wants to push a settlement because she knows I can't pay for a full fledge trial". With their payment plan and flat fee structure, it is a non-issue and not a factor in Claudia's advise or council.

Ms. Anneshia Miller Grant has helped me tremendously over the last several years with both custody and child support issues. It put my mind at ease knowing I had her expertise to guide me and get me through dealing with these situations.
