Awful. I turned to DiPietro when i had a court date and had little time. They charged me over $40,000 to prepare for the case. I asked several times to speak to someone and never received a call from anyone other than the lawyer they assigned me. Now he has left the practice and they are refusing to contact me about my case. I have asked for files and whatever can be provided without a response. This is after me waiting weeks for them to contact me regarding a path forward as they had told me they would do via an email.

I hired John P Lavinus and he is the worst lawyer ever, I regret every moment I worked with him, all he cares about the money. He end up losing my case because of some mistakes he did during the hearing and preparation. I didnt have any experience working with lawyers so I wasn't sure if he's screwing up or not until it was the hearing date. It was a big mistake that I hired him. i Wouldn't recommend this lawyer to anyone.

Joseph DiPietro saved my relationship with my minor child who had been abducted by his second parent from Europe to the USA. I was googling the area and found this place through a referral and they are amazing here. I spoke to Director of Operations, Mike, briefly about my separation and what the process is that is to follow and he answered a lot of my questions. Mike saved all my questions down, which was a lot, and he called me later at night past 7pm to see if I can schedule a time to talk to their attorney, Joe Pietro, and I was thrilled! I had a chance to consult with Joe the day after and again, another great person to talk to! He took his time, very understanding and made me feel secure and confident, and gave me sound advice! Overall, I felt really confident with the team here and I felt empowered with the information they’ve given me. I would highly recommend this team here!
