I recently needed to hire an attorney to help enforce my custody agreement / settlement from a few years ago. Jason Weis was very well prepared; he came to court with binders for the judge and opposing council, met with me before court, and had a very prepared and honest approach to the case. Opposing council opened with a list of false acquisitions, but Mr. Weis was honest and explained options to me, as well as how they would appear to the judge. He never suggested lying, twisting the truth, bluffing, etc. which I appreciate. We won the case and I'd recommend Jason Weis (plus, he even kept costs down by using a paralegal to help prepare for court). Thank you!!

Divorce was something I never thought would be a part of my life wildcard. People suggested when I did have to prepare for one, find a lawyer who can relate and truly understand your perspective and find one with the same gender. I was skeptical when my brother referred me to Mr. Jason Weis at Curran Moher Weis Family Law. Having dealt with a narcissist ex-husband for 25 years who was also controlling and verbally abusive, I developed anxiety and depression. I highly recommend this law firm, and especially Jenna Hayba. Ms. Hayba was thorough, diligent, kind, and compassionate. She was very clear about what I should expect, what were reasonable changes we should make, and was very clear about what case law may inform our situation. She was always quick to respond, clear when she would be out of office or in court, and her paralegal, Danubia, was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. Ms. Hayba is well composed and very impressive in the court room.
