I have had plenty of experience with many different attorneys and this was by far the WORST one I have ever dealt with. LATE TO COURT, overcharges, pompous ( and for no reason-it's not like he's good)...He took a divorce case with my father whom has cognitive issues, which he was aware of and didn't refer him to an attorney that specializes in divorces. He saw it as easy money, fast and no work. Don't hire this guy....He also was hired for petty traffic stuff and did nothing but overcharge and still had a ton of fines...worst money ever spent

I would like to thank Justin Daniels for the endless time he put into my cases and the research that he did to prove that I was not guilty of the charges . Down to earth guy and always on top of things and goes far and beyond to do his job to the fullest and stays in contact with you through the whole process . I can’t thank you enough for everything that you did . Definitely the best!

Although it has been 3 years since my release I must say Justin worked miracles on my case !! I’m very pleased with the outcome and don’t regret any of it . Fast forward to present time how about a ex - drug dealer is now the owner of a 6 figure Lawn Care service along with several other business from Painting to carpet cleaning . I really would like to show my appreciation to Justin Daniels. Please hire him he is the best !!

Do not hire this attorney for anything! He is unprepared, has very little to no knowledge of the law & is incomplete in his tasks!! Stay away! Not criminal or family law, 0 trial skills.

Super helpful, told me what i needed to do before my court date to make everything look good. My charged went from a felony to a misdemeanor. Pricing was fair if you take in consideration that it was a felony.

Without having to say too much just know Justin got me the best outcome having the toughest judge and tough prosecutor as well . He fought hard for my life and in the end I was satisfied with his service !! Great Guy

I’ve been told Mr Daniel is a great criminal defense attorney, but for divorce and separation please do not risk your future with this arrogant, unprepared kid. He assured me over and over again that my case was a slam dunk, but he did not take my case seriously and was not prepared. He did not even enter into evidence the stacks of written evidence I had against my ex. not only did I lose my child, but ended up paying $$$$ in support I racked up a $20,000 bill for nothing. I would had done better going pro se.

Justin Daniel is one of the best attornies in Virginia. He is so smart, sharp and sweet. He is aggressive and knows how to argue in court. I find him via Google and read his reviews which were not that great, but the key thing was that all his low rate reviews talk about how arrogant he was and how he didn't care and that's what exactly I was searching for in an attorney to hire. Justin answered all my questions in detail. I hired him for my family member who got in trouble with the law (severe charges) and facing a lifetime sentencing in prison. The case is ongoing and getting closer to end. All these months Justin answered all my emails, phone calls, and text messages regardless of the time (late night, weekends and holidays). I strongly suggest hiring Justin for all your legal needs in criminal charges. You won't regret!

Did not bargain/negotiate a favorable judgement for a routine traffic ticket. Still ended up getting several points for a minor speeding ticket. His asking price was equivalently 3 days worth of work at my job. Although he did earn me 1 less point, and saved me time from coming out of work. Would not hire again, or refer friends and family to if points are on the line.

I would not recommend Mr.Daniel. I was referred to him by a friend but I wish I had gone elsewhere. Mr.Daniel continuously assured me that he had everything he needed for a favorable deal for me the day of court, but the day of my hearing I realized he hadn't really done all the homework needed to help my cause.

Unprofessional, sloppy, excuse-driven. Do you like unreturned phone calls? Questionable ethics? "Oh-yeah-I-forgot-to-tell-you"s? Try these guys. Tops in all 3 categories. After paying them nearly $1000, I fired them and tried someone new. Best decision of my life. Attorneys Justin Daniel & Jonathan Woodward were like a bad comedy team. Young, tongue-tied, cheesy, sleazy and clearly inexperienced, they could not talk convincingly to magistrates or other lawyers. They acted like schoolboys in front of the principal, afraid to speak and acting ditzy. "Uh yeah, like I was saying..." came out of their mouths at every corner. They were quite unprepared, dim-witted and ineffectual. Avoid them.

I sought counsel to prevent the relocation of my child to another country just over a year ago. A coworker had recommended Justin Daniel, I contacted him. His initial impression and communication was outstanding, but the end result was a settlement that favored the opposing counsel and parent. Given the case did not go to trial, and little to no work done on his part, Mr. Daniel agreed to refund a substatial portion of the retainer, but instead kept it all and attempted additional billing. My overall assesment is that he was neither experienced nor engaged enough to provide competant counsel. I find his work and billing ethics questionable.
