I am more than thankful to find Mr. Hicks as my attorney. Best decision I have ever made. He was very knowledgeable about my situation and walked me through the whole process step by step by explaining every single detail. Mr. Hicks was recommended to me from a mutual friend. What a great recommendation. I was looking at some serious felony charges and quite a bit of jail time. Mr. Hicks worked his magic and fought hard to make sure I did not receive those charges. He always had mine and my families best interests at hand. He was available anytime I had questions. Best representation I have ever received. Needless to to say I have had my fair share of run-ins with the law in the past 15 years. I have used court appointed attorneys as well as paid lawyers. None in which served me as well as Mr. Hicks. In my most recent encounter with the court system, not only did Mr. Hicks get the case dismissed, he then begin the process of getting it esponged from my record.
