Mr.Kim always made sure to spend enough time to answer all my questions over the phone calls as well as via emails and explained every steps thoroughly to me. My employer hired Min for the process of my H1B visa, and I added my wife’s H4 visa into the process. He has been very attentive from the beginning, explaining all the details of the process including the success rate of similar cases. He has been responsive all the time and to all our questions throughout the whole process, helping us prepare necessary documents. Min helped us prepare, and file form I-604. from the very beginning Min was able to advise on how to proceed, steps of the process, outcomes, gave us examples of supporting documents we would need to complete our application. He has been very open and honest about USCIS wait times, percentage of success and was always there when we needed answers either through phone, or email. We retained Min while not physically being in the same city as his office, yet there were no problems or issues with that in the way he handled our case. Min was very helpful even when we are in a different time zone as him. As a result, our application was approved all because of Mins help and hard work on both sides. Min was recommended to me by a criminal lawyer to handle my immigration case, when I spoke to him the first time I was very skeptical to even move forward with the case because of the repercussions that could come from me even attempting to apply for my citizenship when I spoke to other lawyers they all told me that it would be best for me to stay in the United States and not even bother with trying because of my previous criminal case.
